Terms
Last updated October 17, 2026. Ghost is made and operated by Black Feather Hospitality LLC (“we”). By using Ghost you agree to these.
Your account
You need to be at least 18 and the person the account is for. Keep your sign-in to yourself; what happens under your account is yours. Connect only accounts you are entitled to connect.
What Ghost does on your behalf
Ghost reads accounts you connect and may draft, send, book, pay or otherwise act — but only when you ask it to directly, or approve something it has prepared. Every action is recorded and, where possible, reversible. You are responsible for what you ask Ghost to do and what you approve, as you would be for doing it yourself.
Text messages
If you opt in, Ghost texts you: a short daily summary, replies to what you send it, and drafts awaiting your approval — about one message a day plus your own conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help, or email hello@ghostos.cloud. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using Ghost. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the privacy policy for how your number is used.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Ghost to break the law, to harass or deceive people, to send unsolicited messages, or to access anything you are not permitted to access. Ghost may suspend accounts that do.
Paying for Ghost
Where Ghost is paid, the price and what it includes are shown before you pay. Usage beyond a plan’s allowance may pause some of Ghost’s background work until the next period or an upgrade.
Warranties and liability
Ghost is provided as is. It makes mistakes; review what it prepares before you approve it. To the extent the law allows, Ghost is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and contact
These terms may change; material changes will be announced in the app. Questions: hello@ghostos.cloud.
